The objective of the assignment was to set up a model apartment in "The Garden Gate," a three-bedroom, three-bathroom complex situated in Oklahoma City. The primary aim was to construct a functional model that would draw potential tenants and encourage them to rent a unit in the building.
Additionally, the furniture had to be arranged in such a way that it could be relocated within the complex and utilized in another apartment if the model were to be modified later on.
